Getting your money back
Listings are published immediately, which affects when a refund is possible. Here is exactly where you stand.

A listing goes live the moment your payment completes. Because the service is delivered immediately and in full, bids are generally not refundable once your listing is on the board.
That general rule does not override your statutory rights as a consumer in the EU. Those are set out below, along with the situations where we will always refund you.
If you are a consumer in the European Union, you normally have 14 days to withdraw from a distance contract without giving a reason.
For a service that you ask us to start straight away, EU law allows that right to end once the service has been fully performed — provided you expressly asked for immediate performance and acknowledged that you would lose the right of withdrawal once it was complete.
That is exactly what placing a bid does. Before you pay, the site tells you that your listing will be published immediately and that doing so ends your right of withdrawal. Confirming the payment is your express request for immediate performance and your acknowledgement of that consequence.
If your listing has not yet been published — for example, payment completed but the listing has not appeared — the service has not been performed and your right of withdrawal still applies. Contact us and we will refund you in full.
If you are buying as a business rather than as a consumer, the statutory right of withdrawal does not apply to you at all.
Regardless of the above, we will refund you in these cases:
In each of those cases we refund the amount actually charged for the affected bid.
We will not normally refund a bid because:
None of this limits the statutory rights described above.
Write to georgescu.mihnea0@gmail.com from the email address used for the purchase, or contact us on X at @claudiaelenamiclea. Include the website or handle you listed and roughly when you paid, so we can find the transaction.
We aim to respond within 5 working days, and to decide within 14 days of receiving your request.
Refunds are returned to the original payment method. Because Dodo Payments is the merchant of record, the refund is issued through them and may take a few additional working days to appear on your statement, depending on your bank.
If you are an EU consumer and we cannot resolve the matter between us, you may contact the Romanian National Authority for Consumer Protection (ANPC) at https://anpc.ro/, use the alternative dispute resolution route at https://anpc.ro/ce-este-sal/, or submit your complaint through the European Commission's online dispute resolution platform at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
You can also raise a billing dispute directly with Dodo Payments as the merchant of record.
